The sixth year of the Texaco Support for Sport initiative is open, offering a total fund of €130,000 to sports clubs across Ireland.
Key Details
• The Award: €5,000 goes to one selected sports club in each of Ireland’s 26 counties.
• Application Deadline: Thursday, 21st January 2027 (applications close at 6:00 PM).
• Eligibility: Open to properly constituted sports clubs of all sizes, memberships, and sporting disciplines (from GAA, rugby, and soccer to squash, kayaking, and gymnastics). Clubs must hold a valid Games and Sports Exemption Number.
What You Need to Enter:
• Register online at the Texaco Support for Sport Website.
• Submit an application of 250 words or less detailing your club, its community role, and how you will use the €5,000 grant.
• You can also include up to four images and a 30-second video.
