How does this work?

The Environmental Pillar is the validating body for groups who are joining the PPN as an environmental group. When a group joins the PPN and chooses the environmental pillar of the PPN, we ask that they complete the form above. They, or the PPN staff, can send it to us for ratification.

The only groups who do not have to complete this form are those on the list of automatically eligible groups. They can be found in the Criteria document here.
