Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of Part XI of the Planning & Development Act, 2000 (as amended) and in accordance with the requirements of Part 8, Article 81 and Article 83 of the Planning & Development Regulations, 2001 (as amended) that Waterford County Council proposes to undertake the following development:
The construction of a new residential development consisting of 78 no. residential units consisting of; (i) 8 No. 3 bed Houses, (ii) 2 No. 2 Bed Houses , (iii) 20 no. 3-bed duplex apartments, (iv) 8 no. 2-bed duplex apartments, (v) 22 no. 2-bed apartments, and (vi) 18 no. 1-bed apartments, including supporting development works (i) parking and amenity areas, (ii) temporary construction signage, (iii) boundary treatments, (iv) landscaping, (v) ancillary accommodation and (vi) all associated site works at Fairlane, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
