PPN representatives ensure community voices are heard on Council committees. Nominations open for Social Inclusion and Environment seats on the LCDC.
PPN Representatives play a vital role on behalf of the Public Participation Network. They are elected by PPN member groups to sit on Waterford City & County Council boards and committees, as well as other non-local authority bodies.
Their role is simple but powerful: to ensure the voice of the local community is heard and represented in decision-making.
Waterford PPN is currently seeking nominations for the following vacancy on the Waterford Local Community Development Committee (LCDC):
1 x Social Inclusion Pillar Representative
1 x Environment Pillar Representative
