Waterford City and County Council, in partnership with Kent Homes, has launched ten new affordable 4-bedroom semi-detached homes at Leargán, Kilmacthomas under the Affordable Purchase Scheme.
These A-rated, energy-efficient timber frame homes are available to first-time buyers and Fresh Start applicants. The scheme helps eligible buyers purchase a new home by providing Government support through an equity stake, reducing the upfront purchase price.
The minimum purchase price is €360,000, with the final price depending on each successful applicant’s income and mortgage capacity. Applicants must have mortgage approval in principle when applying.
